Clinical Therapist
Sarita (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides support through trauma, perinatal mental health, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relational stress. She works with teens (14+), adults, couples, and families. She is trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which can be used to heal from many painful life experiences.
Sarita's work is systemic, relational, and evidence-based. The therapeutic relationship creates a safe, non-judgmental space for each client to share and heal. She is committed to providing culturally attuned services to both BIPOC and white clients, where differences are recognized and honored. With compassion, authenticity, and humor, Sarita walks alongside her clients to develop personal goals, identify patterns, and maintain lasting change.
