Melana Rosin, MS. LAMFT
THERAPY, SYSTEMIC APPROACH, CHILDREN & TEENS
Supervised Clinical Therapist
Melana βMelβ (she/her) is a Pre-Licensed Therapist. Mel believes therapy provides a safe environment for individuals, families, and couples to express and explore their stories, and offer avenues for discovery and healing. Mel believes in the importance of wellness throughout the internal and external systems as they interact and heal together. She works with clients to assist in identifying physical and emotional processes and work toward integrating nervous system regulation, exploring strengths and gathering insights, and deepening the connection with self and within relationships. Mel believes in utilizing a systemic approach to therapy- understanding themes and patterns within family, intimate, and interpersonal relationships, as well as exploring the roles and dynamics within and between individuals and all the systems they are a part of.
She utilizes a variety of therapeutic models including family systems; intergenerational modalities; structural, experiential and narrative therapies, as well as operates from attachment-informed theory and emotionally-focused therapy. She is trained and certified as a PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator and has special interest in working with couples as they continue learning about one another.
Mel uses humor, compassion, and a collaborative approach to navigating ongoing narratives, patterns, and pathways to healing. She is passionate about supporting individuals, families, couples, and adolescents in a warm and open environment.
